We now have it on reasonably good authority that the Dingle road should be resurfaced at the same time as the footway. This may be just the bit from Hardwicke Road to the start of the new 30mph section (just past Dulas House) but a couple of residents are pushing Herefordshire Council hard to do it as far as Rosedale. We shall see. There will be a diversion in place via Church Lane for those living beyond this section.

So it looks likely that the road could be fully closed for a fair amount of the time from 29th to 4th, and we have no information on whether work will continue over the weekend. The Village Hall Car Park will be open during this period for Dingle residents to use, but we do ask that you leave the spaces nearest the hall for users of the hall. Should there be more cars than space Phil Gilbert has very kindly offered to open the adjoining field for overflow parking.
