Booking the Hall

August 2021.

Covid restrictions: In line with government advice, the hall is now fully open. Hand sanitising equipment is still in place and hirers are encouraged to observe social distancing, wear facemasks if appropriate and apply common sense in all circumstances.

Our lovely warm and light village hall was opened in December 2009 and is available for booking: mornings (9am to 1pm), afternoons (2pm to 6pm,) and evenings (7pm to 11pm) every day.

Outside there is a good sized grass area and a paved patio. The patio catches any afternoon or evening sunshine and has 5 large picnic benches.

Facilities at the Hall:

Car Park (including places for disabled)

Disabled access

Main Hall - 46 square metres (5.5m x 8.5m)

52 chairs; 12 square tables

Kitchen - 12 square metres (3.5m x 3.5m)

Fridge, microwave, Hostess trolley, heated tray, kettles, teapots, cutlery & crockery for 50. Please note there is no other cooker.

A purpose-built conservatory will soon be fitted to the back of the hall which will more than double the capacity from Spring to Autumn.

Regular events are held at the hall, organised by the Events Commitee, and include Quiz Nights, Storytelling Evenings, and Bring-a-Plate Lunches to celebrate various world events.
